Order Process:

Order Confirmation
- We will confirm your order details, such as size, delivery address, etc.

Quality Check (QC) Pics
- If you have selected this paid service, we will provide QC pics via WhatsApp/Email.

Shipping Confirmation
- After you confirm the size, delivery information, and QC pics, your order will be shipped out.

Tracking Information
- We will provide the tracking number approximately 5-7 business days after your confirmation.
- You can check the tracking status through our customer service or on our Tracking Page.
Shipping and Delivery:
- We ship our sneakers from China and deliver globally via DHL, DPD, or EMS.
- In rare cases where express delivery cannot reach or due to customs issues, the delivery will be made by EUB.
Delivery Time:
- Generally, it takes 7-15 business days to deliver after the sneakers are shipped.
- We conduct strict quality control on your goods and ensure proper packing before shipping.
- Most orders are shipped within 24 hours if in stock.
- Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and traffic controls in some areas, the shipping time may extend to 10-30 days.
